I am soooooooooooooo fed up. Everytime I go out to play a big black cloud comes over and rains on me!
Mummy, do something. I'm all wet - again! I thought you said this is supposed to be summer! Humph.
I give up waiting for it to stop raining. I'm off to find somewhere to snuggle down and have a snooze.

Aww sorry that it seems to keep wanting to rain on your parade! If there was a way you could send all that rain to Texas, I'm sure they would appreciate it!

Jasmine - we know just how you feel with the weather - it is still cold here too - are we ever going to get warm sunshine this year - sigh sigh. Perhaps we will have a mild winter -hahahaha!

We had a much-needed downpour yesterday, two, in fact, but other than that, it's been sunny and way too hot. We'd be happy to trade you some sun for overcast skies for a few days, for a break in the temps!

It is miserable, isn't it? Winston likes snuggling up in the conservatory - even a little sunshine warms it up beautifully.

None of us are happy with what Mother Nature gives us. We have way too much heat and not enough rain - want to swap for a while? Mom is tired of chasing the hose around to water all the plants and all the areas of grass that the sprinklers are missing.

When Scarlett was an outdoor cat and it was raining outside, she'd ask to be let out, see the rain, then look up at me and mewl pitifully - as if I could do something about it!
