Mummy got her new laptop. She said she got an amazing deal and is very happy. My hooman sister also treated herself to a new Kindle. She is going on a big holiday soon so it will be very well used. Now mummy has another decision to make. She is due a new mobile phone and can't decide whether to have a Blackberry or an iphone.

Our mom has no experiences with the Blackberry or an i-anything, but general opinion from those around her says iPhone. Except Apple products don't support Adobe Flash, so she's been told. So if that matters to your mom, she might want to consider the Blackberry instead. (And we suggest double-checking that tidbit of info, it's only something the mom has heard.)
Cool new toy for sure, and that means more of Jasmine - that is great!!!
Mom says definitely iPhone. Dad and one of our human sissies had Blackberries and kept having problems with them. But there are a lot of good choices out there. Human sissy got an Android and loves it.

We are glad your mum got a good deal. It is fun to get a new laptop and discover the new things you can do with it.
ooooohhh! New tech toys! Mommy is dribbling a little...she really likes the Android platform, just her two cents (pence?)!
What a beautiful new computer! Mommy wants a new one, but there is not any room on her desk for another computer. Mommy has a Blackberry but says go for the iPhone.
Me really likes my iPad and it is like a big iPhone.

Woo hoo what a great new laptop! That is super. Mom had to upgrade her phone (she had not had a new one in like 6 years) so she splurged and got the iPhone4S...LOVE it! We do understand that the iPhone5 will be coming out, if you can wait you might want to hold off until the new phone comes out.

Ooh, congrats on the new laptop! I'll weigh in on the BB/iPhone debate: go iPhone. Blackberries are nice (I've had one), but their technology seems to have stagnated a bit. The iPhone and Android devices seem to be doing a lot better job of adapting with updates and changes in cell technology.
