Sparkley things

Well, whats all this sparkley, glittery stuff?  Simba say's I shouldn't chew it cause I will get tinselitus!!!!!  There is also a tree in the living room now.  How strange is that?  Simba went under it straight away and snuggled up.  He said I could do that too, but I mustn't climb it or chew it!   Dunno why he seems to think I will chew everything?!
When he came back in yesterday from checking out who had been leaving paw prints in the garden, he had lots to tell me.  He said it was a big fat hairy monster!  Can you believe that, a monster in my garden?  He said it was still lurking at the bottom of the garden under a bush.  He tried to make friends with "it" but it said it would bite his nose off if he came any closer.  Simba told him very politely that it was our garden and therefore he couldn't do such a thing.  He also said if he didn't have anywhere else to go, he could stay in our garden and keep safe.  Simba also told him that if he was nice to us and promised not to bite noses or anything else off we would see about leaving something nice out for him to eat.

Hmm... we think Simba was very nice to make that offer to the stranger. We hope he doesn't bite anything either. Except noms, of course.

Simba *was* nice to make that offer. Is the stranger a homeless kitty? If so, poor sweetie.

Do stay away from the garland, Jasmine. You don't need a blockage and an emergency trip to the v-e-t for surgery!

It's hard to tell who the Monster could be. We have a few possibilitie we could name but you never know! No, please don't eat the tinsel!! You would end up at the VET and that would not be good at all!! It doesn't taste good anyway! Lots of love, Holly and mom

Monsters in the garden? It's not Santa hiding in your hedge, is it?

Simba is very brave - kind, too and wise. Listen well to his words of wisdom, Princess :-)

Hi Jasmine - listen to Simba, especially on the climbing the tree thing. Gus and Stella are doing it (this is their first Christmas too) and they are getting into lots of trouble! We don't know about tinselitis but we do know you get in trouble for biting the shiny stuff and it can give you a big belly ache!

And it was very nice of Simba to let the monster stay there if it has nowhere to go - and to offer it foods too. What a nice thing to do - especially around the holidays!

That was very sweet of Simba to offer the garden monster noms and shelter! Your brofur is generous and wise...though we are sure the tree climbing would be fun, do at least pay attention about the tinselitus :)
